Our school complies with the Data Protection Regulations and takes great care to protect the personal data that is provided to us.
With effect from 25 May 2018 the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force. GDPR contains new standards for the protection of individual’s personal data in the European Economic area and the new regulations supercede the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
As a result of the new regulations we are reviewing our policies and the data that we hold in school in order that we can demonstrate ongoing compliance with the GDPR.
